Hello, friends! Sadly, our warm spell from the weekend is over and it is back to being cold, cold, cold! With that in mind, I have layered up to try to keep the cold out!
I am wearing a straight black floral shift dress (H&M) under an over-sized oatmeal sweater (H&M) and over a pair of thick black leggings. I paired this outfit with a pop of color in some green socks peeking out over the top of my matching oatmeal sweater boots (Old Navy). I accessorized with a magenta and black patterned scarf and a pair of simple black stud earrings (Forever 21).
While this certainly isn’t the most glamorous outfit I’ve worn in a while, it is plenty warm and cozy. It has been gray and drizzly for the past two days, so of course I wanted nothing more than my thickest, warmest leggings and my comfiest boots!
Thanks for reading :)

Love that you’ve added a splash of color with your scarf and socks! Adorable.

Thank you! Oatmeal and black make great layering neutrals, but they definitely need some color! :)
Love the way you layered but it looks so cute. I’m hiding out in a huge baggy sweatshirt today to keep warm.
Thank you! And I totally don’t blame you, it’s been so cold lately!! (well, it is winter haha!) :)
